Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Nice private studio of 20 m2 with balcony, refurbished on the 3rd floor in an old building that has retained its authenticity. In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), 1.60 m bed, closets, TV and Wi-Fi, breakfast area, coffee machine, bathroom/toilet with towel dryer and hair dryer. Coaches to Thollon and Bernex stations at the bottom of the street.

The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a baby. Shops (fromagerie, small supermarket) are on walking distance.

Hi , Welcome to Bernex, a dynamic village in Haute-Savoie. You can enjoy the ski resort in winter or hiking in summer but also many activities throughout the year (visit to the distillery, fondue tasting in an igloo, outdoor skating rink...). Just 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Thonon. The accommodation is in the city center, quiet in a cul-de-sac. Access to the station by a small train.

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden.
