Holiday rentals with a patio in Bernalillo County

This was an amazing place to stay. Just what I was looking for. It was quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Stay was fantastic. Loved the hot tub! Spacious place and very clean. loved the eclectic decor.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Had a great stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The house is a bit tricky to find but the host sent pictures and instructions that helped. The driveway is difficult to get into but there is plenty of street parking if you don’t feel comfortable. The house is walking distance to a park and very central. The check in process was flexible and the host was very communicative. Overall had a great stay. Thank you!

I rented this place for a niece that was in town. They were so accommodating and kind. It was very close to my home the perfect location and spotless.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I was impressed with how clean the apartment was when we arrived. Great lightening around the building. We had a great time staying here while visiting the balloon fiesta. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed I quite a few Airbnb over the years and this was by far the most thoughtful stay I have had. Every convince was take. Into account. Kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, foil and Suran wrap. Really nice to not have to purchase items you only need one Percent of. Super secure location, great outdoor area.

Our stay was excellent! The listing was accurate, the host was friendly and communicative, and the neighborhood was lovely. We enjoyed all the amenities that were available and the house was beautifully decorated. We visit yearly for dance competitions and hope to be able to stay again. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Stayed at The Rabbit House with my family (4 adults, 1 child) there was ample space for us all. The house was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Easy to get into and clear instructions. Definitely recommend The Rabbit House!

Was amazing. I had a delayed flight I was there traveling to see friends and family. The co host allowed who I was visiting to check in for me. Nice quiet place. Really all you could ever need including a coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry room, pretty much everything said in the listing was in there. Comfortable beds to sleep in. Shower had amenities already there. Decor was beautiful. Easy to understand instructions and communication throughout my stay

Great location! We spent 4 days/5 nights in ABQ and Kristina’s place was centrally located for everything that we wanted to see and do — both in and near the city. Truth be told, we didn’t spend a lot of time there, other than to sleep. But, the kitchen is well equipped and the patio is lovely. The listing is accurate, and arrival/departure instructions were very clear. I asked Kristina for a restaurant recommendation for our 1st evening in town (casual and walkable) — and her suggestion of “Range Cafe” was spot-on. Good food, good service, and less than a 20 minute walk. I’d definitely book here again, if I were to return to ABQ. Highly recommend!

We travel to Albuquerque a few times per year and stay at various Air BNB’s. This is one we will frequent more often. It is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, felt like home. The owners are extremely friendly and responsive. They take pride in the home and it shows. The beds were comfortable with down pillows and a duvet covered down comforter. It was a joy to share their space.

Place is very spacious, me and my family slept comfortably.

Perfect place to stay and perfect size for 2. Great location to interstate and local stores and food. Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

The midnight suite was perfect for what I needed. A nice private complex and the suite was so cute. I love the atmosphere Kata and Rodger created here. I highly recommend staying here.

ive lived in new mexico for a while but never in albuquerque. ive spent some time there, but staying downtown for a couple days gave me a chance to wander the streets aimlessly with my dog and see some of the streets differently than before. it was good. also cool to watch the street from six floors up. copper st. is an interesting one.

This worked for us. One issue is living room did not match photo online. Second, the TV had two remotes that we could not figure out and gave up on watchingTV. Doug should do an informal sheet explaining TV and listing channels.
