This listing has NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. It is the North wing of a lovely Nob Hill 3 bedroom home. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and has a private lockable door. There is a shared living room, laundry room, deck, yard and kitchen. This wing also has a small private adobe walled courtyard and entry. We are willing to give special offers to someone looking to live here for a longer stay.
