Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Cozy 1 room apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking available . The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top, under the roof, sits the studio, with breathtaking views. The garden with fireplace may be shared. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with a balcony and a partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance. Shopping facilities for everyday needs (supermarket/baker/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that a guest card fee (tourist tax) of €2.80/per night per person from the age of 15 must be paid upon arrival.
