This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

You have the option for family-friendly activities, to enjoy the beautiful Lake Constance and to visit traditional restaurants. Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Vacation apartment Maja 55 m² with balcony 10 m²

Cozy 1 room apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking available . The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Lake View

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top, under the roof, sits the studio, with breathtaking views. The garden with fireplace may be shared. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the peace and tranquility of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have stayed with us!

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with a balcony and a partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance. Shopping facilities for everyday needs (supermarket/baker/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that a guest card fee (tourist tax) of €2.80/per night per person from the age of 15 must be paid upon arrival.
