No checkout to-do list! Just stay & relax. We are a 10 min. drive from Mt Hope, Millersburg, and Berlin. We share our drive with an Amish farm and because this is our family home, you may occasionally hear the kids playing or tractors driving by. We occupy mostly the top floor but always value your privacy & quiet.

The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

Pearl's Place in heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. This apartment is where the original hotel lobby was first located. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, and a bedroom with a king size bed.
