Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.

It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by

Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
