Our property is used exclusively for commercial purposes (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and are rented out as the entire property (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.). The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. One weekly clean for stays of 4 nights or more is included. The design embodies an urban style with a high focus on material quality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, brass and leather details, and wall colours inspired by Farrow & Ball combine comfort with high quality.

Our apartment has 2 cozy bedrooms, one of which can be used as a multifunctional room: bedroom and/or living room. Large bedroom with king size bed (180 x 200) and baby travel cot if desired. The living area has two daybeds that can be used as a sofa or single beds, a desk and is equipped with a TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table has a seating area with armchairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The apartment also features a separate toilet and washing machine. Beautiful views of Oderberger Straße towards Mauerpark from the balcony. Free Wi-Fi. With elevator.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Our beautiful very central studios for 1 or 2 people are located directly on the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. They are only a short walk from the TV tower. The nearby surroundings of Kollwitzplatz and Rosenthaler Platz offer lots of cafes and bars, boutique shops and cultural venues. Our studios are all situated in a typical Berlin building from the beginning of the 20th century. We offer studios on the 1st to the 4th floor (no lift).

STUDIO/1-ROOM-APARTMENT: One of 3 lovingly furnished and decorated studios on the top floor of our Old Town Hotel is available to our guests for their stays in Berlin. The studios are situated in the back yard and are very quiet despite the central location of the building. It can be reached via our hotel entrance. The house has an elevator. All studios are furnished to the same standard but the layout and decoration will vary.
