This houseboat is equipped with two 7.5 hp engines, with 15 hp you drive without a driver's license. Since the steering of a houseboat is to be compared with the trip with a truck, an in-depth briefing/instruction is still necessary, this can be subject to a fee (EUR 60,--) depending on previous experience/duration.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect against the heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly located in our harbour and is only 7 km from Alex.

Vom Ankerplatz des Bootes auf der Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht ihr mit dem Tretboot schnell und einfach das Ufer und der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist von dort nur in 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.

The boat anchors on the Spree near Treptower Park. It is available for an extra charge and by prior arrangement - you do not need a driver's license for this.
