Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

We rent a spacious, simply equipped apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony in the attic of an old house on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. A large, partly wild garden including two swimming spots, boats, a trampoline and two bikes are also shared. In addition, you can do things here and from here, for example: hiking, cycling, fishing, cooking, grilling, doing nothing, painting, making music (in consultation), staring at something you brought with you, working in peace.

Old meets new - Living in a landmarked converted factory, built around 1900. In summer, cool through thick brick walls, up to about 7 m ceiling height as well as thermal curtains. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern & cozily furnished with a large kitchenette fully equipped. A parking space is right outside the door in the courtyard. Guests come to us who are looking for peace and quiet after strenuous sightseeing in the city center or who explore the beautiful surroundings by bicycle

This cozy apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa by the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, you can go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located near the Avus. The 2 most important S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are within 5 minutes' walk. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Two bedroom flat, bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking green courtyard. Sleeps 4. Excellent connection to local transport for city west, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. Wedding is part of the central district (Mitte) but it is a generally quiter area than Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some very good food options and nightlife opportunities.
