Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Berks County

Haleigh’s place was great for what I needed. Super dog friendly with the fenced in yard and nice touches like dog treats and poop bags available which helped make traveling with my girl a breeze. The place was very clean and had a nice kitchen for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfy as well, I slept great! The only downside was the neighborhood is right off the street and could be noisy at times. Not very soundproof, could hear the neighbors next door from the living room area but it wasn’t as much of an issue from upstairs. The fire alarm down the street startled me a few times. Overall was a great place to stay and had all the amenities I needed.

My stay was very comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled and defined (Mark makes great use of his label maker - lol) The stay included complementary breakfast fixings with a neat grill for building breakfast sandwiches. Great follow-through and text communication for any questions. My only complaint is my stay was too short.

I need another night or three! We traveled with a group of girls for a basketball tournament. We tend to book Airbnbs to allow for team bonding and this location afforded that and more! It was spacious, peaceful, and most accommodating. We slept like babies and went on to win the championship! Maybe it was the uplifting words throughout the home. Or the healthy snack. Maybe it was the homemade cinnamon rolls. Nonetheless we won! So if you want to be a champion…pick this location!

We had a BLAST, staying with Kyle. The place was so inviting and fun for our grandchildren…yes, fun for us as well. The beds were perfect which can’t be said of all places we’ve stayed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Kyle, keep up the great hospitality! It was beyond what we expected! Thank you for everything!

This place is a real jewel. Lovely furnishings, clean, tidy and any necessity you’d need on your stay.

We enjoyed our four night’s stay here. House had everything we needed and free of clutter. We enjoyed the deck for breakfast or chilling in the evening. Was close to downtown Lititz and close by our favorite ice cream stop, Fox Meadows creamery.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is super clean, well organized layout, and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bedding are very comfortable, and very well insulated from outside noise. It has a handy parking space, that saved our time looking around for parking. The owner is very responsive and super nice and kind. Overall, it made our stay like our own house. We will book this house for our next trip to Reading.

LuAnn was a wonderful host, and her place was immaculate and cozy. She accommodated an early arrival request, was quick with her responses, and we felt very comfortable staying at this place. It was super clean, very neat, and nicely decorated. The welcome cookies were a delicious surprise. Already looking forward to booking here in the future!

This place was so lovely. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close enough to my daughter’s soccer tournament. My kids enjoyed the board games. Wish we had more time. The history communicates effectively and with reasonable time.

Diane and Hiester are simply the best! This was our second time staying with them in PA, and it was just as fantastic as the first. They are truly amazing hosts – so warm, welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their place is perfect, but it's their incredible kindness and genuine hospitality that make all the difference. We absolutely love staying with them and can't wait for our next visit! Highly, highly recommended!

The Garden Spot is a fantastic spot for a couple of days or an extended period of time stay. I was visiting friends in PA for a graduation celebration, this spot is only 4 minutes away from a major grocery store which is super convenient and the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. Everything was super clean, Anita did provide excellent instructions ahead of time and communicated very well. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area!

I definitely enjoyed my stay and I would like to thank James for their straightforward communication and amazing home. I especially liked how spacious the kitchen is and how easy it was to check-in. If I ever plan another stay in Reading, I will most likely end up here again at James’ home. Book a stay, I’d say it’s worth it. Thanks again James!

Having stayed in many different places…. I can truly say that Lucinda went above and beyond beyond expectations to accommodate our unusual travel arrival and departure. The unit itself was even better than anticipated and suited our needs precisely. Central AC was a major upgrade over the typical split or window units typically found in this area. Since this was a business trip; easy access to the turnpike was a major plus, and yet when sitting on the back deck overlooking the Amish farmlands and one room schoolhouse…. One can’t help but feel far removed from the stresses of the world. We will absolutely be returning… and Thank you for sharing your home with us Lucinda.

A very nice 2 bedroom unit that is very convenient to Macungie Memorial Park. This was a great place to stay while we were in town to attend the ATCA Truck show. Easy to walk to the park, the unit had adequate parking for a large pickup and was very comfortable for two persons to share.

Wow. This was perfect for our trip up for a concert. Jill was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local recommendations!
