We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

We had a lovely weekend getaway for a group of 12 of us. The house was clean, modern, and comfortable. The back deck and pool were large enough for all of us to enjoy. The hosts were attentive and were quick to respond with any questions. Would highly recommend to future guests!

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Obsessed is an understatement! Love going to the beach for my birthday for ultimate relaxation. The cottage was adorable, had anything you could need and the location is impossible to beat. The house was very clean and everything had its place. Stay was a gracious, kind host and very responsive. We will be visiting again for sure!

She was flexible with check-in and check out, which was super important for us. The location was great and walkable to local bars and restaurants as well as the beach and Bay. Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.
