Great little feel-good house with cool furniture and wonderful views!

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is very nicely located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply for switching off. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right next to the house. The large terrace with barbecue and deck chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the gem of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness centre, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and crockery, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. The cottage is really so hidden in the countryside behind a huge fir, walnut and much more, that we could absolutely enjoy being alone. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit moody, but even that was perfect, so we could once again sleep very well and for a long time... until the morning birdsong. Simply wonderful - PURE NATURE! Lucky is incredible host so helpful, kind and sweet…. The place is like a fairytale, magical, little, cozy spot that you do not want to ever leave…. Breathtaking views, no matter what the weather like it’s still beautiful… cleanest pool, warm and cracking fire place next to the bed… just perfect spot….!!

I was on site for 4 days and I was able to actively and very well recover. The area is intoxicating. I focused exclusively on hiking. I'll bring the bike with me on my next visit - there are also many beautiful options. The only thing to note is that the summer season only starts on 5.7.25. I was there in June, which means that many mountain railways and restaurants were still closed. I had the hiking trails all to myself.

It's a lovely place! It has all the amenities for family travel, it is thought out to the smallest detail, both for adults and children, thank you for everything, it is spectacular!!!!!!!!

My girlfriend and I had a few great days in Savogning. We enjoyed the mountains and quiet area. The flat was very comfortable and we felt good.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished with great attention to detail - nothing was missing. The location is ideal, both for bike tours and for hiking. We felt comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

The stay was very pleasant, the host was very responsive and helpful. In the apartment, although small, there is everything you need. I really appreciated finding a stocked kitchen and all kinds of detergents in the bathroom, which is very useful for those who may have to travel light.

It's nice small studio, very cosy. Possible to couple, may be couple with 1 child.

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

Beautiful little refugio away from it all, super peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook meals at home, relax, and enjoy the beautiful garden and surroundings. Loved this remote respite!

Visiting Switzerland was a dream — and staying at Franzisca’s home in Silvaplana made it even more magical. We expected stunning views on hikes, but found them at home: breakfast, dinner, and quiet mornings on the patio, always in front of majestic mountains. The house is warm, cozy, spotless, with a perfect shower and a fully equipped kitchen. We felt truly at home. Silvaplana, just 5 km from St. Moritz, offers easier access and better prices — with breathtaking views. Everything worked flawlessly. Even "magnificent" feels too small to describe our experience. It was simply beyond words.

An excellent place to stay, a lovely clean airy apartment with beautiful views (including a waterfall) in a lovely quiet location with great access to Arosa! Thoroughly recommend!
