Welcome to book our house at a favorable “try-on” price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bikes, boule court as well as grass court for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-Sep. Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Villa Vikängen

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish countryside home. Enjoy the quiet, the lake view and nature, cooking in the large well-equipped kitchen, long dinners and lovely hanging around the kitchen island. The house is secluded overlooking Länna Kyrksjö, it is not unusual for us to see deer, moose, fox, cranes and birds of prey. There is a general store 5 km away in Bergshamra The house is built in 2023, the plot is partly under construction. From October 2024 we offer hot tub.
