Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The property is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, close to the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you live in your own modern apartment with open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs that run free in the yard. Parking is available in the yard and possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköpings Centrum. At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

Welcome to Solgläntan, a charming extended station quarters of 90 sqm. On the entrance floor, a kitchen, living room, bedroom and newly renovated bathroom are included. Upstairs there are two more rooms of which one bedroom. Solgläntan a house on the countryside south of Nyköping close to forest, electric light tracks and sörmlandsleden. We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Super cool cabin in an incredibly peaceful and beautiful location. We had a great five day stay, mostly pottering around while the kids (age 10,8 and 4) played in the garden. The cabin is perfect and has everything you need with the most amazing views. We saw deer every morning and were visited by a rabbit during the day. Communication was excellent and we felt welcomed and had no problems at all during the stay. We were all sad to leave and would love to come back again one day. Thank you!

Great place to be in a week! Cozy cottage with glassed-in patio, lovely terrace and divine view! Equipped with everything you need. The cottage is very private even though the hosts also have a cottage on the island. The hosts are available, but have left us alone in the cottage. The hosts were very nice and helpful both before we arrived and during the stay. Bruno the dog also became our favourite! We had kayaks with us. Nice paddle water from the island and very easy to store three kayaks on the dock. We would very much love to come back and enjoy more days in this paradise.
