Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sand beach. Floating dock with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then 100 kr/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. The cottage has 5 sleeping places divided into two bedrooms. With a short walk you are down by the swimming area, where there is also kiosk, restaurant and mini golf. Torsås, where necessary shops are located, is reached by car, about 10 minutes. Daily activities are close by such as child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen's lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, and more.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming bridges and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.
