A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

Ich biete mein teilrenoviertes Haus zur Miete an. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer Seitenstraße. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Puchheim erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Zur Stadtmitte / München Marienplatz braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Ein privater Autostellplatz ist Verfügbar. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im OG. Im EG gibt es ein Gäste WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, welches aber gerade noch renoviert wird.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

LL-Lodge family-friendly & quiet apartment

Quiet accommodation for up to 5 people. Our lodge offers 3 full beds as well as a sofa bed. Ideal for families or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen as well as a BBQ on the terrace invite you to get together and linger. The central location between Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Munich make the accommodation the ideal base for day trips. The district town of Dachau can be reached within 5 minutes by bus.

In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden.
