Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

Hosts were responsive and very nice. There was a couple problems with the shower. Area was useful to stay in the city and easy to find because of the Chili’s.

There is a private bathroom in two large beds, and the kitchen and washing machine are in the common area. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Depending on the nearby beach, there are many restaurants and cafes, and it takes about 40 minutes on foot to Sidi Bu-side, but there is an uphill climb, so we recommend using a cheap taxi. If the weather was a little warmer, it looked really good to swim in the ocean! The owner's lady is so kind, the garden is really pretty, and the rooftop view is really beautiful. Recommended place to stay at great value for money

Martine's place is just great! Martine is a great host - very open and very helpful, you feel like home. The accommodation itself is very large and has all the amenities: electric windows, very good mattresses from hard to soft, coffee maker, lots of sockets and hair dryer, lots of towels, lots of seating, etc. The most beautiful is the gallery upstairs and the furnishings. The location is also very good, you can drive to the beach of la Marsa for 2-3 euros and there are a lot of restaurants there. We would love to stay there again anytime!

I spent a fantastic week in La Marsa with my four children and the wonderful place made this stay perfect. The location could not be better, two minutes to the beach, two minutes to the city center and very tasteful and functional amenities. We didn't have a place to stay during our numerous trips that so much met and even topped our requirements. A five star residence with Bohemian flair!!!!! The host Amin is super sympathetic and we will definitely be back in the fall.

I spent a month and a half at this place with my husband and our son, and it went very well. The place is clean, bright and located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The house, all white, is nicely furnished with two beautiful bedrooms with soft and soothing colors. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there is everything you need to live comfortably with the family. A big thank you to Mr. Nourddine for his warm welcome, availability and all his little touches during our stay. We felt right at home. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at the apartment was just perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The location is quiet yet central, ideal for excursions and recreation. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and gave us great tips for the area. The communication went smoothly and quickly. I had a great stay at Habiba's. The place was super clean and comfortable, and it was great having a washing machine available. The only issue (and this is outside of Habiba's control!) is that there are smokers in the building and the flat can smell quite strongly of smoke at times. If you're sensitive to smoke, you'll probably be better off in a hotel.

This place is immaculate. It's clean, tidy and well equipped/furnished. It's a new and high standard build. Felt right at home from the start. Underground reserved parking is practical. Internet is ok. Clean linens and towels. Building is clean. Host is friendly and accomodating. Fancy neighborhood, walking distance from all amenities.
