About 50 meters to cross-country tracks. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped on two floors with large kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with sauna and separate toilet as well as a TV room. It is about 5-10 minutes by car to Vemdalsskalet where there is also an Ica. 5 minutes walk to self-service shop and Storhogna Högfjällshotell.

In our modernly equipped shelter from the 1800s you have views over the ski slopes and the nature; the reindeer roam freely around the knots and a four minute car ride takes you to Skalets torg and Vemdalen's absolute epicenter.

The property has three buildings – a large house, a small house and a detached, solid, wood-fired sauna (wood included). All newly built in 2022. This listing is for the Small House, with access to the sauna. Rented out for full weeks Saturday-Saturday normally, but can be rented for shorter periods during low season.
