Just be! The idyllic village of Vorra gives the impression that time has stood still. Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

One-room vacation home "Rosenblüte" Hilpoltst.

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and various teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

Vacation home in Breitenbrunn

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in the center of the village in 2018, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living / dining area there are also 2 sofa beds. For your stay we provide towels and sheets. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a seperate lockable storage room.

Apartment Walter

We offer an apartment with high variable usability. The living space extends over two levels. Next to the living area, the sleeping level unfolds as a gallery on the upper floor. The bathroom, with a shower or bath area lowered at the foot level, could be referred to as the third living level. A balcony with outdoor furniture invites you to relax or have breakfast in nature. See for yourself!

Relax and unwind in our comfortable and lovingly furnished apartments. The apartments are also rented for one night. Due to the optimal connection to the A9 motorway (exit Hilpoltstein-Süd), ideal for holidaymakers in transit, fitters and trade fair visitors. Free parking in front of the house. We would be delighted to welcome you to our establishment.

Cosy stopover for singles

In the middle of it all and yet quiet. Our room with private bathroom has a separate entrance with a key safe. You can take your bike in with you and there are floor sockets for charging your e-bike. We would like to offer a friendly oasis for solo travellers to take a breather. Can also be booked for just one night.
