There is an RV rental nearby. This 3 bedroom cottage invites friends and fun for relaxation with a back deck, large lawn, hammock, and firepit. Located just 15 minutes from Midland and shopping.

With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
