Cozy apartment in an old farm, 3 km from Memmingen, surrounded by beautiful forests with walking paths, to Memmingen Airport and the city center about 7 km, Lake Constance can be reached in about 40 minutes, and the ski resorts of the Allgäu Alps can be reached in about 60 minutes. Accommodation is for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Price of the apartment for 2 guests. Each additional person is €15.

Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). A kebab snack bar is open in the house from 11 am to 8 pm. 150 m away is a bakery where you can get coffee & fresh baked goods

Our apartment is close to the city center (1,2 km), train station (850 meters), airport (3.3 km). You don't need a car, supermarket, bakery, restaurant in the neighborhood, city center (marketplace) within 15 minutes' walk. You will feel at home. You live climate neutral. Our place(about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive facilities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently has limited use.

Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

A large TV and the stylish furnishings allow an unforgettable stay. Outdoors you will find a very large, ingrown garden to relax.
