Holiday rentals with a patio in Benitses

We had a really great stay at Dimitra Houses! The apartment offered everything we needed + more, George was very helpful when we had any questions. Great and super friendly host. :) We especially loved that it's so close to the water. Having a morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves, a dream :)

the place was amazing, clean, the views were very nice and the owner was very responsive. we were only there for 3 days and they came to clean and bring us fresh towels ! you wont regret it!

What a wonderful property. So many thoughtful touches and a lovely, hospitable host. We immediately felt right at home and was the perfect place to stay for a short trip to Corfu. Effy also gifted us with some little treats to take home and gave a brilliant recommendation for food on the last night after letting us stay by the pool before our late flight home. Thank you for the fabulous experience :) will be back for that Moussaka soon!

Stephanos place was perfect. Close to everything very walkable. The apartment was well equipped, very roomy, great patio, Adorable, Authentic. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights while working remotely in Corfu after a long weekend with friends. It was perfect. The WiFi was really reliable and worked fine for video calls etc. It’s surprisingly large with two floors and two balconies with tables/chairs, a desk and large kitchen table, so plenty of workspace. Wonderful location near Mon Repos park (3 min walk to the entrance. 10minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach/swimming spot). 15min walk to a stretch of lovely coastline with great non-touristy restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay with everything you need for a vacation. It’s a nice 10-min walk from the busy center which we enjoyed and it was a relief during the very crowded Easter festivities. Totally recommend!

Me and my family had an absolutely amazing stay at Spiros Villa. He and his mother were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We tried amazing corfuan dishes!

Beautiful studio apartment in a lovely location close to fishing village. Well kitted out with washing and cooking facilities. Nicely stocked fridge for our stay. We also experienced the food from the local bakery. There is no pool for the studio apartment (sleeps 3) and if you do want to go on any excursions a car is really needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our time in Corfu. The apartment was located only about 15 minutes away from corfu old town which was perfect. The accommodation itself was clean and modern with a swimming pool that was extremely well kept. The swimming pool is only shared with one other apartment so it’s mostly vacant which is great. Anastasia was kind and always so helpful. We would really recommend a stay here.

It was really great to be in your wonderful house. The interier was beautiful and the garden georgeous. We enjoyed to sit there, having breakfast and enjoying the atmosphere. With our car we could discover the area. Supermarket and a nice tavern were also nearby. Thank you to you and especially to Alice, she was friendly and very caring.

Spiros's house is located in a beautiful place. Close to the airport and at the same time close to nature. The house had everything we needed during our vacation. Great contact with the owner who took care of everything and was caring. We recommend this place!

This property is a GEM. 40 mins from the airport. We were blown away with this property. Very high spec throughout, super clean, fabulous crisp linen and towels and all the white goods you could ask for!!! This property is not overlooked. Fully functioning air conditioning. Both rooms have fab modern facilties, very clean shower rooms with some personal touches. The pool area has ample sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas, remote awning for outside table area. There is a barbeque on the property. The property has a view to die for which you can never tire of. The pool is just the best, very clean and lit up at night. There was no real need to go any where else to be truthful!! The host Nataliya was a SUPER host. Answered all our questions super fast and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much. There was a good number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All in all this villa was such a find and we were so please we chose it.

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

This apartment was so good. It is very convenient for the old and new town of Corfu, and for all the restaurants as well. The communication from the management company was excellent and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a short stay. Petros was very friendly and flexible - our plane was delayed, so we arrived quite late to the place. It was easy to get there and find it, also we could enter simply despite the late hour, because the place had a keybox too. We stayed just 1 night, but it was the same as we could expect from the pictures.

We were in Corfu for a wedding and extended our stay for Scuba diving and walking in the mountains. The apartment was ideally located to get out and about. Very easy access into Corfu Town on the number 7 blue bus and centrally located to access beaches and walks in our hire car. It was an easy and quick stroll to Gouvia town and its bars and restaurants. There was a well stocked supermarket and green grocer just down the road. The apartment was nicely furnished, well equipped and comfortable. There was a handy communal space with washing machine and ironing facilities. Angelos was an attentive and responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a truly beautiful place that exceeded expectations. One of the highlights was the mini beach located just in front of the building, which made it incredibly convenient to take a quick swim or relax by the water without having to go far. We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Corfu, the apartment was everything we expected and more, perfect host, great location and exactly as described, our only issue was we did not stay for longer. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back.
