Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Casita situada en Xaló/Jalón a un par de minutos del centro a pie, tiene un supermercado a 5-7 minutos a pie y dispone de parking privado. Gran selección de bares y Restaurantes a escasos minutos a pie. La playas más cercanas son las extensas playas de arena de Calpe que se encuentran a unos 15-20 minutos en coche y la ubicación centrada del pueblo te permite tener la mayoría de playas como Jávea o Denia a menos de 30 minutos.
