We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating—Mam Gian responds quickly and decisively, which made communication smooth and easy. Nanay Cora is very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is squeaky clean and feels very homey. The mattress and linens were fresh and spotless, and the overall upkeep of the house was excellent. The water pressure is strong, and the heater works perfectly—great for winding down after a long day. The location is also a plus! It’s in a quiet subdivision, ideal for restful nights. Transportation is accessible, especially with GrabTaxi, and roadside parking was never a problem as the area isn’t busy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with kind and responsive hosts. It’s our go-to place whenever my parents wish to come to Baguio ❤️

Fred's Artpartment was perfect for our large group trip to Baguio! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for 10 of us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a lifesaver. We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with large television. The location is very accessible to the tourist attractions in the city. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

Always a great stay at Mountain Spring Homes. Since 2021, their place is where we stay whenever we go to Baguio. The place is accessible from the busy streets of the city and with a peaceful environment even on day time. Will always choose to book and recommend this place.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The interior was cozy and clean, and we especially enjoyed the natural surroundings—it’s a great spot to disconnect and recharge. One suggestion would be to consider adding a cover or awning to the front terrace. It’s a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view, but during the rainy season, it’s not very usable. A bit of shelter would really enhance the experience and make the terrace more versatile year-round. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Just a small improvement could make a great place even better!

You get what you paid for. It maybe quite far from the city centre, but it is expected because it's difficult to find cheaper accommodation if you prefer to be near in CBD. Perfect for families with private vehicle, parking is free. It really feels like home with 3 bedrooms, plus a tv with Netflix. True to their promise, wifi is fast and reliable. There are some parts and things in the place where it needs a proper cleaning as it is already dusty. There were roaches also. I suggest to bring your own bath towels and inside slippers. The host is very responsive and helped us when we asked how to operate the gas stove. Overall, the family enjoyed the stay.

I really love the unit and ate Jocelyn is very accommodating. Will definitely book this unit again when we comeback here.

Sorry for the late review. I’ve had a wonderful stay at Nina’s place and this is one of those trips where I feel like I’ve met an extended family in Baguio. Prior to checking in, I’ve encountered an incident (driving-related) and the entire Barangay helped me out. I’ve informed my airbnb hosts (Nina and Christian) about what happened and they offered more than enough assistance to get me through that day, they helped me with my stuff and I was able to finally rest. The bnb place is more than enough to accommodate 3 people. It has complete kitchen ameneties, it has also good lighting and a working range hood- just in case you wanted to cook something that has strong aroma. The bedroom has a cozy mattress and clean linens. The lavatory near the bathroom was my favorite (took a few selfies there). I’ve also enjoyed the hot shower. Thank you again to my wonderful hosts. I will never forget your kindness and the assistance during my stay. I’ll book again in the future.

Highly recommended for families with kids! This place is very toddler-friendly and perfect for those visiting Baguio with young children. The building features a playground in the common area and a spacious deck where kids can safely run around and play. The bed is also very comfortable.

Great place to stay! The unit is clean well-equipped and the owner provides everything you need. All you have to do is relax and enjoy. The view from the deck is stunning and overlooks the surrounding area. We only wish we could’ve stayed a little longer!

The best so far as I always go to Baguio every year. We loved the place so much that we opted to stay in longer rather than stroll outside. It was clean, spacious, and homey. The kitchen was completely functional. We got to rest and sleep well too which is uncommon as it was a struggle in other places we’ve previously stayed in. Being aesthetically pleasing was the icing on the cake for this unit. 100% IG-worthy. A dedicated workspace would have been a bonus for a digital nomad like me. Regardless, we’ll definitely rebook this place next time. The only struggle we’ve had was the steep uphill climb and flights of stairs (no elevators) since we have a senior citizen and two toddlers. But location wise, Iggy’s place is strategically near Burnham so it’s so convenient. It’s near Kisad but still offered a bit of seclusion and peace. Staying at the Cool and Green apartment is undoubtedly a catch. Thanks Iggy!

My mom and her sisters stayed at Wesley’s place in Baguio and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect—very central and walkable, which made it easy for my senior mom and her sisters to get around. All the main highlights of Baguio were right outside the accommodation. Highly recommend!

Her experience shows in how thoughtfully the unit is prepared for guests. The location is perfect—near Session Road, Burnham Park, and the public market. While other units exist in the building, this one stands out. We even overheard other guests experiencing check-in issues, but ours was seamless thanks to clear and helpful instructions. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-equipped—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Baguio. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
