James was great!! Was quick and responsive when I had a few questions. The house is in a peaceful and quiet location. We had a great time!

What can I say that all the other reviews haven’t already, not much! Beautiful location, private even though the host and family live close, they really put thought into the location. Super clean, extremely cozy. Loved the outdoor shower especially after a 6hr. drive. Justin greeted us at the driveway and came up to show us around a bit and give us the run down on everything. And their food menu, what a surprise and omg it was amazing! Definitely give him a 24 hr notice if you can, if you want to order anything, I felt bad I didn’t realize or think about that before hand though Justin was so gracious. One of my favorite parts was waking up listening to the goats, pigs, and chickens talking in the fresh clean breeze, the best! Thanks Justin and family for the experience and memories! Oh, and check out the Merch in Fernwood, it’s been there for 100 years Justin had said. Would definitely book again and for longer than the one night.

Andi's home is so peaceful and welcoming! It is a very quiet area and right by the water. I felt safe. And the beds are really comfortable!
