Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

You’ll have room for up to 4 on the queen bed, and the twin trundle beds. There’s a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, and tinted windows for privacy. Bring along 2 pets for an additional fee, and make the most of access to the indoor pool from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM daily!

Our Bungalow has easy access to Mt. Bachelor, Bend's famous mountain bike trails, one mile from OSU Cascades, very near Old Mill shopping and dining, and easy access to downtown Bend, also. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the comfy bed, and private access to your space. The Bungalow is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our neighborhood pool is open May through August.
