Our tiny log cabin is a cozy getaway, close to hiking, mountain biking, and cross country skiing but only 10 miles from the amenities of Bend Oregon. It is a rustic place, with modern touches, like a gas range, refrigerator, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom is detached from the cabin - steps from the door. It is fully equipped with plumbing and a shower. Our place is perfect for people who love the outdoors with the comforts of home. No children under the age of 12 -- And alas, No Pets.

Twin bed set up only when 3 guests are booked $15. it's 2.5 miles from the noisy railroad and freeway. 1.4 mi to Pine Nursery Park; 2 mi to Forum Shopping Center; 3.7 mi to downtown; 5.6 mi to Old Mill District & Hayden Amphitheater. 21 mi to Sunriver; 26 mi to Mt Bachelor. Easy access to Hwy 20 & 97. 2 min. walk to Butler Market conv. store & gas station. Guests appreciate the quiet neighborhood away from the noisy downtown.

Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

It is positioned on the edge of the Crooked River Gorge with breathtaking views of the canyon. Near the cabin is a trail head to a private hiking trail that takes the adventurer down into the canyon where the scenery is otherworldly. Enjoy a sunset with full cascade Mountain View’s, green pastures, and grazing horses.
