Holiday rentals with a patio in Bemus Point

Phyllis and Derek were excellent hosts— they were very responsive and gave great recommendations of where to eat and what to do in town. The place was just as peaceful and relaxing as described. Highly recommend and we hope to be back this summer!

The area was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was clean and the coffee and snacks were well appreciated. We had a small hiccup with having more than one car to park, but she took care of it right away. I definitely give my stay five stars and plan to stay there again.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Quiet, clean and felt at home.

Our stay was great. We hadn’t planned on spending so much time in the house, but we got snowed in! It was a perfect spot for a memorable vacation. Lynlee was an excellent host, getting us plowed out and communicating well. Everything is very clean and the place is well appointed.

We had an amazing stay in this beautifully decorated home! The space was spotless and perfect for relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare a meal and spend quality time together, and we loved watching the stunning sunset by the lake—it was absolutely breathtaking. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We left a pair of shoes behind, and the host kindly coordinated with me to meet my daughter at her nearby college to ensure we got them back. She truly went out of her way to help us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Brian’s place is one of our favorite places to stay away from home. This was our second stay and hoping for more. There is a lot of space in the home and the surroundings are beautiful!

This Airbnb was spacious and comfortable. It was in a great location so close to town. It was perfect! There is a nice yard and long driveway that is convenient for parking. I stayed in the bedroom with the workspace and I enjoyed using the desk. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan as well. The house was so roomy and comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to North East.

My wife and I had a wonderful time! Our trip was well needed - we did have a lot of snow affecting our trip. However it was nice to be able to take some time relaxing within this beautiful place. We appreciate the time we had there!

Beautiful cottage right on the water. Would highly recommend. Farrah had excellent communication skills with everything. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much! Right around the corner to fabulous restaurants, tops, Wegmans and many more shops. Parks right down the street

The Country Cottage was great. Peaceful, quiet and clean. Kitchen was well equipped to handle all my cooking needs with pots, pans, utensils and nice appliances. Living space, bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and spacious enough I felt at home. Will definitely be looking to book this place again and will recommend to others.

Colleen's attention to detail and the "little" things was phenomenal. During our email exchange prior to our visit, I mentioned something in passing and she took it upon herself to act on that. There was in no way anything expected and she went ahead and added a little detail that was very kind and appreciated. She has shelves and a closet with little things that might be forgotten or something that you might find need of when the nearby stores aren't open or it's the middle of the night and you're warm and cozy inside. Her decorating sense allows me to revisit childhood memories of going to Gramp and Gramma's house, and that was much appreciated as well. The back portion of the lot has a fire pit, complete with a rack of firewood at the ready, a picnic table to one side, and even has marshmallow sticks tucked away inside the house. A gas grill by the back deck, another table, party lights, and a privacy screen (if desired), and I'm at a loss as to what else could be needed.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Kym's place was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. We walked almost the whole community. It was absolutely beautiful there. I think we enjoyed the porch the most. The weather was gorgeous and when we got back from our walks we sat on the porch watching the wildlife and just relaxed. The Italian restaurant, Andriaccios, just down the road was excellent. We went there twice it was so good. We would definitely go back to Kym's place.

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time! Everything was as described and it was well worth it! We would love to return next year !
