House holiday rentals in Belmar

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

My friends and i stayed here. We were a group of 4 and it was perfect for us! The whole place was clean and homey! The location was amazing, close to boardwalk and restaurants. It truly was the perfect place and we would 100% stay here again

We stayed at Lauren’s place for a week and loved everything about the home. Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, towels were in great shape. Parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay again!

You could not ask for a better hostess or a more perfect getaway!! Rachel thought of every detail anyone could possibly need for a wonderful vacation!! The home is beautiful and immaculate!! Distance from the beach is walkable and she’s provided all the necessary items for fun in the sun!! If you’ve forgotten something, just look around because Rachel probably has it! We loved sipping coffee on the front porch where there was always a breeze blowing through the wind chimes… so peaceful! We will definitely be back…. Thank you Rachel!!

Perfect home for our family. Best location and stocked with everything you could possibly need in kitchen. Long driveway to accommodate multiple cars. Jacob is super responsive. Home is a gem. So close to the best town on shore. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beautiful park. Wish I owned the property!

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

this place is tastefully renovated, cozy, and really convenient to everything around the joisey shore. host is responsive and helpful. only thing to take note of that we didn't feel was abundantly clear or pictured so accurately was the nature of the stairs to the second floor. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are up there but those old beach bungalow stairs are super narrow super steep and not really suitable for small children or senior citizens. so if you're going to have your little kids and in-laws with you, as I did, just be conscious of this. otherwise we really enjoyed the place, and think you will too.

Absolutely pristinely clean. It is on a quiet street but fyi, congested with street parking. The beds were very comfortable. We did have some confusion getting in, but it was because of rain and darkness. We were unfamiliar with bringing our own linens because it is uncommon in our region but we know that it is common for Jersey shore. We did wish we’d brought hand and kitchen towels, totally forgot, so bring a couple! There were lots of paper towels and plenty of hand soap. We appreciated the vacuum for crumbs. Felt safe and so clean, would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was above expectation! Jim and Jane's home was very clean, cozy, comfortable and very welcoming. Jim is very responsive and thoughtful!! Even though there was a "rain storm" the first few days of our arrival, it did not damper our stay as the home had enough space and many things to do. We enjoyed a couple movie nights, the home had many TV rooms, puzzles, books, board games, BBQ, open kitchen floor plan - so we were able to spend time with family, enjoy food, wine, and laughter. The home is in a great, safe location near Manasquan beach (5 min drive) and it was great that the home offered a large beach bag with beach badges, towels, and chairs. The home is wonderfully located near many restaurants, cute shops, salons, & great coffee & protein shake at the BATCH! You don't need to worry about daily essentials, the home is fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. Thank you Jim & Jane! Looking forward to returning.
