Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bellinzona District

We were a family of five in the Rustico for a week on vacation and enjoyed it incredibly there. It is a very quiet place where you have nature around you and sleep well. The hosts, Lina and Florian, are very nice, helpful and very accommodating. We really had a great time and would be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

We felt at home in the Casa di Kokoro - it exceeded our expectations. The house is superbly equipped: in the large, cozy kitchen there is really everything, everything you need to cook well and feel comfortable, and also everything else we needed was there - whether an extra pillow, a baby chair or bathroom items. Everything was perfectly clean and very homely. The house is significantly more spacious than the pictures, we had plenty of space (as two families with small children). Especially good for the winter: it was very pleasantly tempered (underfloor heating in the rooms), and the fireplace in the kitchen makes it cozy. Amanda was very attentive and kind as a host: The fridge was stocked with some goodies, she asked about us several times and helped us directly. The location is quiet, a perfect starting point for hikers or boulderers, and there are great tips from the hostess.

A wonderful special and secluded place with a magnificent view towards Lago Maggiore. Highly recommendable!

Gloria was very responsive from the start, and we had a great time staying at the Airbnb. We met Soraya, the caretaker of the place, and she kindly provided us with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and had a great outside area for the summer evenings. Note: There are only stairs going to the the 3 storeys of the house, and the roads were tight leading to the place. However, this added even more to the charm of the place and we enjoyed it very much.

We felt like at home from the beginning. The house is very clean, lovingly and well furnished with plenty of space, various seating options and a large dining table. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well, also because the surroundings are very quiet. The location is sunny with a beautiful view of the mountains. The living area on the upper floor of the house is flooded with light and cuddly warm with the pellet stove. Still, the ground floor is quite cold. However, there is a fireplace as well as electric radiators if you want to heat. The large grotto helps a lot to store food. Although we could not enjoy it due to the season, there is a very nice outdoor area. We missed the dishwasher but we knew there wasn't one in advance. We really appreciated Jolanda's hospitality and helpfulness. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Somewhat limited with small children, but that was already known beforehand. Well equipped and really nicely decorated. Newly renovated bathroom.

This home is a haven of peace! The place is wonderful, inviting to relax and offering a completely atypical experience. We loved the relaxing atmosphere that emerges from it. A small point of attention however for future guests: walking access can be a little difficult, especially if you are accompanied by someone with mobility difficulties. It's a good idea to consider it before booking. It is also important to note that a ski lift makes it easy to access, but it is only accessible until 9:30 pm for people who do not have a subscription. Despite these points, the service was spotless. The host is incredibly responsive, very accommodating and remarkably kind. We greatly appreciated his availability and warm welcome. In short, a memorable stay in an enchanting place, with a top host!

Perfect location…walkable to everything. Easy to get to other cities via bus. Very close to bus stop and grocery store. It was a wonderful stay

Great apartment for a weekend in Ascona. There were four of us (two couples friends) and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is sensational, in the middle of the old town, and also that there is a parking space is great. Communication with Alex was very good, he always responded quickly, gives tips for the area and is flexible with check-in/ check-out. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the tranquility very much with Ursi and Enrico. The apartment is spacious and clean. A little 80s chic. The two put the dehumidifier into operation before our visit. Presumably this is good for fall and winter. The living room is a little dark, but there are 2 bright light sources to use that make this easily worthwhile. The kitchen is modern, everything works and everything you need is there, and this is in good quality. Beds good. A good night's sleep. Bathroom spacious, everything works very well. Good stay! Ps. Mega Large garden, certainly a dream in the spring and summer!!

We had a great stay at the Casa Speranza. The villa was nice with a beautiful view. Denise was also great at communicating with us and always responsive. It made our trip to Ticino much better. We will be coming back for sure when the weather is a bit warmer so we can use the outdoor area ;)

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

Very nice house. Top location. Top view of the mountains. Magdalena was very responsive to requests. Lots of gardening around it. That's why sometimes lawn mower Noise. The road traffic further down can be heard in the morning. Nevertheless, it is then idyllically quiet in the evening and you have the evening seating area absolutely to yourselves. All in all, a great house with wonderful excursions into the surrounding area

Thanks to Sylvia for her very warm welcome, she is concerned about the comfort of her guests and puts her beautiful apartment at our disposal as well as her private pool. Great location to visit Lugano and its surroundings, we had a dream stay with an ideal setting.

A cute older cottage with a wonderful view. Early in the morning, the sun shone into the bedroom and living/dining room. Andrea was always available for us and very friendly. We would come back.

Renato is a great and uncomplicated host, he was always available for us and even if only a little thing was missing, he immediately got it for us! The house is on a steep hillside (14% incline), there is a small path to the village (stairs), about 15 min. It is about a 25-minute drive to the lake and the castles of Bellinzone are very close. Renato even got us the first little things for breakfast and welcomed us warmly! We really appreciated that everything was there to take care of yourself (also spices etc) and also our dog was very welcome. We would love to come back! Thank you for everything Renato!
