Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Convenient apartment with easy parking and private entrance. The space is perfect for a single person or 2 adults, and a child or two if you have them. A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Covered parking at your door.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets, parties, get togethers involving non-guests/event photos. MNSTR Permit # 500803. We are not permitted to rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into Airbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

We are minutes away from outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, disc golf course, hiking, and much more. We are also a short 30 minute drive to Nashville and Franklin.

Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

Magical in all seasons! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Serene hilltop hideaway conveniently located within 25 minutes of downtown Nashville and all the urban happenings! Built in 2020 this 1,300 square foot home is on 1.5 acres of a beautiful deep wooded lot. Open spacious combination great room with vaulted ceilings. Covered front porch as well as a treetop deck out back for sunset and sunrise celebrations! Wonderfully private and quiet while just 15 minutes to I-40. We would love to have you come and visit!

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.
