Our haven of tranquility and beauty, birds and nature has been booked solid since we began listing nearly 2 years ago and we warmly invite you to enjoy a relaxed, easy-going, soft and welcoming nest which can be your home here in Sydney. And we have many repeat guests who seem magically attracted to our little haven. * Studio has a large private courtyard sometimes shared with guests from our other Airbnb guest suite. I'm known as a friendly and easy going person (I hope I am – I work as a psychotherapist), and I’m usually easily available for assistance or advice if needed. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and German and Dutch moderately and my wife speaks French as well. I can get by in Russian but you will have to speak very slowly! When guests ask for something, I generally go out of my way to accommodate them. I’m sometimes available for a coffee and a chat - with suggestions on where to go and what to do, but if guests want privacy, I totally stay away from any interaction. I may also be available for an airport pickup but that has to be pre-arranged. North Bondi is very trendy, about three minutes away from one of the trendiest coffee shops and eateries around: Shuk. For the excitement of Bondi Beach, walk around 15 minutes to the beach strip, with restaurants, bars, and entertainment galore. Bus 379 which runs every 10 minutes, is just 90 seconds away from your Studio. It routes to the city via Bondi Junction Train Station. From Bondi Junction Train Station, you can get to almost anywhere in the greater Sydney area via the Underground/Train service. NEW NEW. Thanks to the adventurousness of one of our guests, there is a gorgeous and easy and picturesque way to get to the city. Take bus 380 (4 minutes away) to Watsons Bay and then take the FERRY to Circular Quay in the city, taking in the sights of Sydney's east and the Harbour and the Bridge, and the Opera House, all from the sea! And if you are coming by car, of course, there is ample parking right outside the Studio at all times of the day or night. We emphasise that we offer guaranteed free unlimited street parking, one of our biggest attractions, since parking in the Bondi Beach area is very very difficult and very very expensive. Please bear that in mind when you make your booking decision. Your Studio looks out onto your courtyard. You do not have sea views from the Studio but you do have full panoramic views coming up to the house and accessing the walkway to the back where the Studio is situated and it is this view that is commented on by nearly all guests. Your booking costs include a cleaning of charge of $105 of which $75 is for floor-washing, vacuuming, and full cleaning of the unit, kitchen area and bathroom, and a laundry fee of $25 for the cleaning and pressing of towels, bath-mat, sheets and pillow-cases. $5 goes towards replacing, every 4 months, the white rug in front of your bed! Your bed will feel crisp and new when you arrive! 1. Bus 379, is just 90 seconds away, & other bus-lines are 4 minutes away. 2. Popular cafe/eatery, laundry service, pharmacy, medical facility, bottle store, convenience store are all between 3 and 5 minutes away by foot. 3. Bondi Beach with a wide range of restaurants and facilities is just a 10 minute stroll, as is the famous Bondi-Bronte walk. We offer you an arrival in Sydney with a prepaid bus/train pass in your pocket even before you exit passport control ! Ask us how. Electric bicycles for hire on your doorstep. A cellphone that works here? Either purchase your own SIMcard at the airport (around $20 with airtime and 1GB of data) or use ours for your entire stay, for $10. If you come from a country with a different system to ours, we can offer you a phone on arrival at Bondi Views Studio. Oh, and we even have 2 umbrellas for you in case of rain! Situated in one of the most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Australia, it is a vibrant inner-urban community with grand old Art Deco buildings and harbour-side parks. It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to harbour side, Beare and Rushcutters Bay parks, tennis courts and marina. It is 5 - 15 minutes walk to galleries, and the retail and restaurant precincts of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. We will always be available via phone or email (even when we are outside of Sydney metro region). In the event of an emergency, you will find a list of contact details in the house manual. I'm available on email, text message or by phone (if I'm not in a meeting!). I pride myself on being responsive. The apartment is set in a quiet leafy street in an inner-city area of Sydney, about two kilometres east of the CBD, central to the fashionable suburbs of Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Bright Urban Studio with Private Courtyard

This is a self contained private room, with your own kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard, in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - 39-inch Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchen with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - if you would like to sleep separately to your travel partner the sofa bed can be made for a small fee of $25 on request; - portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request if you are travelling with a little one; - all bed linen and towels are provided. We are looking for someone who will appreciate this place and and take good care of it. Please note: -This studio is a few steps below street level, so you will need to go down a few steps. If you wish to stay for a shorter or longer period of time send me a message and we can work something out. Entire room, with a kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard all for yourself. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. Chippendale is a small underground, creative, and funky suburb. It is home to cafes, art galleries, restaurants, bars, parks, and a big sustainable community that keeps verge gardens full of fruit, vegetables, and herbs for all to share. It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).

Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

This is home - it has everything you need. Fully equiped laundry with separate washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave, oven, 4 plate cooktop, kettle, toaster, iron and a Nespresso Machine. The unit has a fantastic outdoor area and a marvellous rooftop area where you can enjoy the sunset, a drink and watch all the action on Hall Street. We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.

The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). Bronte studio apartment close to beach

A self-contained, spacious and light-filled studio in beautiful Bronte. This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.
