Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Pet friendly! Minimal checkout instructions! With off-street parking & a deck, this little place is a great Del Ray stay! One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, basic kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

This is our best equipped room, we believe it's good enough for honey-mooners or Business/Executive Travelers. Welcome to your newly-renovated away home. Guests will have the entire mid level apartment to themselves with a private entrance, and abundant free street parking. The apartment is minutes away from Historic Anacostia, Capitol Hill, Washington National Stadium, National Harbor, and MGM Grand. If the lower level apartment is not rented, I have a washer and dryer, and a beautiful yard that can accommodate small gatherings of no more than 20 people. Please, no pets or smoking inside.
