It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. Enjoy a magnificent view over the Adriatic sea, while having breakfast or drink on a charming balcony. The apartment is located within a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and just a few minutes walk to the nearby beaches. There are several caffee bars, restaurants and shops in vicinity. Apartment is located in the family house in very peaceful and safe neighborhood surrounded by other family houses, 20 minutes walking distance from the crowd, heat and noise of Old Town (1800 meters). Bus station and supermarket are 5-7 minutes away as well as Dubrovnik business center with banks, posts, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, ferry to islands Korcula, Hvar and Brac and open market with fresh local fruits and vegetables.
