Appartement rénové en totalité, et habité la plupart du temps. Décoré avec soin, vous aurez accès à la totalité de l'appartement hormis mon bureau. Idéalement situé à 10 minutes du centre historique et à 15 minutes de la gare, vous n'aurez qu'à sortir de l'immeuble pour accéder au bord de l'allier. Plusieurs balcons vous permettent de profiter de la vue dégagée sur la canopée des arbres du parc. Des vélos sont disponibles à la location à 5 min à pieds.
