Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. Nordic bathing is a plus. The hikes nearby are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Swiss chalet! The view from the property is stunning, and the neighborhood is perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the chalet is ideally suited for families with babies and kids — everything felt very safe and welcoming. It was the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of a typical Swiss chalet. We would love to come back!

Very clean accommodation, well equipped, clean linen with lots of small amenities that make the accommodation comfortable and welcoming. Perfect environment, magnificent view. Very nice week stay in Michel's chalet, close to the Domaine du Grand Massif in 10 min, either by shuttle or by car with ample parking available (but paying without being excessive since this year), and a few hundred meters from the beginner Sixt slopes, perfect for introducing children. Regarding the chalet, everything is done by Michel for your comfort and welcome, the chalet is ideal for a family with 2 children who can have their own spaces in separate bedrooms. No wifi, no TV, but DVDs, games and reading for everyone, allow us to have a warm time. Don't hesitate to put your bags there, Go!

Marie welcomed us when we arrived to explain the different features of the chalet which is also very well-equipped. Having a garage is a great luxury when you don't want to scratch the car in the morning! Our host was responsive to every question we asked him. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a lovely week using this place as a base for skiing and other mountain activity. It is beautiful, very well-equipped and very peaceful. I’d absolutely recommend.

Great Chalet - perfect for three familes with young children. Really good facilities and brilliantly equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds. If you are happy driving to the slopes (which we are) it's a good location as you can either drive to Chatel, Ling or Pre Le Joux - but equally you can also op over Col de Corbier and head to Ardent or Prodain jiust as easily. Views were stunning - this would be a briliant location for a walking or biking holiday in the summer.

I thank Laurent for his great kindness. Our stay was really very pleasant in a beautiful setting. The cottage matches the photos and is very well-equipped. You will find everything you need to cook with all types of accessories and machines as well as a lot of equipment made available to make you feel at home. There are raclette machines and there are fondue machines. All linens are provided as well as towels. Laurent also allows us to come with our animals which is a great plus for this stay. I would totally recommend this place which allows us a total change of scenery. See you soon.

Ideally located for the shuttle to go skiing in Avoriaz, the chalet is beautiful and the amenities are complete and new. No complaints about the cottage and the host's services. We could go back no problem.

Beautiful chalet in a lovely location. Hosts responsive and helpful. Rooms and space perfect for our family holiday. Very clean and beautiful views. Only downside was the sauna only worked for us once, host was helpful and came To sort it but we couldn’t get it to work before or after this so only used it the once. A lovely stay would highly recommend and would love to return.

We had a great week despite the rainy weather. Fortunately, this beautiful cottage made up for what we could not control, the weather. There were 12 of us including 2 young children, we each had our own space, bathroom for each bedroom, spacious bedroom. A ski room for wet things, which helps keep the living space clean. The living room is quite spacious, we all found the place very pleasant, in addition, the fireplace allowed us to spend very nice winter evenings. The view is also exceptional, it is a pleasure to take your time to have a quiet breakfast in the morning facing the Domaine du Roc d'Enfer.

Truly an amazing stay. The place was extremely cozy, clean and located in a stunning area. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have barbecue and hot tub available. The view is also amazing. Perfect also for people with reduced mobility, since a bedroom with en-suite bathroom is present at the ground floor. The host was very responsive and friendly and the instructions were clear. Absolutely recommended

If you want some where posh where you are on pins the whole time this isn’t the place for you. This place is homely, cosy, warm and is a place you can relax unwind and chill in front of a fantastic fireplace and it’s huge!! A fantastic place and great hosts. Luanne was fantastic and went literally the extra few miles to help us out. Can’t thank them enough!!

A lovely chalet in great spot. Great comms before and during our stay. Everything as described, lots of space, comfy beds, nicely furnished. Plenty of equipment in kitchen if wanting to cook in. Enjoyed using the sauna. Close to ski bus stop and small supermarket.

We had a great time in a wonderful location in a hearty, well maintained house. Especially the view of the lake is outstanding. Communication was hassle-free and we highly recommend this house.

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

very nice house! It has all the amenities you need and it is extremely close to the beach and to a nice park. Also nice garden with barbecue and a lot of play stuff. The kitchen is perfect. It was self check-in and there were no instructions, so at first some things, like sorting trash and using the TV, were difficult. I would definitely recommend this house. It was perfect for a group of 10 adults.

We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. We went skiing at Portes du Soleil which is a very large skiable area connecting 10 ski villages including 4 in Switzerland. The Ardent lift is just a few minutes drive down the road and you can buy lift tickets at the lift. If you don’t have a car or if you don’t want to drive it, there are free shuttle buses (at least in winter) that go around the area. And for sure to the Ardent lift(gondola). Lake Montroid is beautiful and the views don’t get old! The Chalet has great views. I used the sauna and even did a cold plunge in the fountain. It makes you feel alive. We ate at the restaurant at Hotel du Lac and had a delicious dinner. and we recommend going into Morzine and trying the French pastries at La Bonbonniere (a highly rated bakery) The hike up the mountain to the chalet does take effort, but it is worth it. I wasn’t looking forward to that hike after the second day of skiing, but other times were fine. A small waterfall is on the path.

Like last year, our stay was very pleasant. Still a perfect place to take a break and relax through the peace and nature. Kahena was very helpful and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is in a privileged setting by the lake, close to shops. The house is functional and well-equipped. Albane is a welcoming and available host. We had an exelent weekend.

Small cottage very warm,very well equipped,good insulation and functional heating of good quality, comfortable bedding and the barbecue for a 2/03 was just perfect. Very quiet place for the period and conducive to rest. Thank you to Yann for this excellent stay.
