Esta en un primer piso sobre la avenida Presidente Perón ex Gaona, cerca de la bajada de la autopista. El sofá del living se puede hacer cama pero tiene un colchón finito que no es lo ideal para un adulto pero puede ayudar. En la terraza hay parrilla ( sujeta a disponibilidad ) . Tiene TV por cable e internet, y dos equipos de aire acondicionado. Cerca de la cantábrica, de la tecnológica , del aeropuerto de palomar.
