Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I really appreciate that hosts with such a place and historical value open their doors and give us the opportunity to stay in a unique space with all the details and so much hospitality and effort to make that moment unique for each guest they host... This place was so clean and absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our stay. I felt extremely safe at this location. Great neighborhood and they have a security guard at the front door 24 hours. Our host met us there and walked us thru the place and where to find everything. The place was also quiet and you couldn’t hear the traffic down the below. The view was incredible as well. We had a memorable stay and would stay here again. Thank you so much!

Silvia communicated very well, was attentive and very cordial. The check-in and check-out of the apartment is very simple, which is also good. The area is good, it is one block from the main avenue, which has many shops of all kinds and with the possibility of transportation for those who walk. 10/10

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He left us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organised, he explains how everything works. And I'm always ready to answer any questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended to us very well. Our stay was great.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The staff at the entrance are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
