Mansion holiday rentals in Belize

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Great place to stay in Hopkins!! The house is right in the heart of the hotel district, but everything was quiet and relaxing. Great place to take the kids with plenty to do. The house had all the furnishings and appliances that you could ever want. Lots of space as well. Pool is large and very nice. Beach was clean and the local help was great.

We had a wonderful time at Judy’s guest house. The home was better than described, with each of the bedrooms set up as private apartments. We were able to unlock the connecting doors for a whole home feel, but everyone still had their privacy. The kitchens and bathrooms were clean and well appointed with thoughtful extras like coffee, filtered water and q-tips. There were bicycles, beach towels, and even a small cooler we could borrow. Great walkability to many local restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend.

Nice place, very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend. Make sure you have mosquito repellent and we did see a crocodile at the dock next to ours.

It was perfect for our family with small children. Walkable restaurants and we loved spending afternoon by the pool. Golf carts were great to have for heading downtown. The beach isn’t really accessible but we knew that prior to our trip. All around great experience.

Secret beach area may not be for everyone but our family of six had an amazing time. The pool was the perfect afternoon and evening cool down. The house is so peaceful and quiet compared to the rest of the island. Kelin was incredible for anything we needed at any time and helped us have a really memorable family vacation. Sunshine House was amazing the my friends and I to explore San Pedro. The best thing is the restaurant next door with the same name. Best food on the island. We didn’t really use the pool or kitchen much; but the location was great (about 10 minutes by golf cart to get anywhere).

I stayed here for my birthday trip with a group of friends. The house was spotless and a lot of room and docs for us to come together and still have our own space! Just about a 15-20 minute drive to town on our golf cart rented through the Airbnb. Everything was a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

Such a unique and exciting place to stay! Johan could not be more helpful and welcoming and the house is so beautiful inside and out. As others have said this is a truly rustic experience, we came prepped with a head torch for getting down the path at night and a lot of bug spray - make sure to arrive in time for golden hour on the porch for amazing nature spotting and stay for Johan's breakfast!

Absolutely outstanding! With great reviews and high ratings, the Rainbow Villa lives up to it’s excellent reputation. Communication with Gin and the staff was excellent. The place was clean and more than sufficient for the seven members of my family. If we had any issues Sergy responded quickly to take care of them. We also we’re connected with Karen the concierge who assisted us with any tours or transportation that we needed. The location is excellent, with great restaurants, night clubs and beaches nearby. Not far from town or the local markets. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

Our family of 11 booked Jerry's place over the Easter weekend, and we're glad we did. From the time we got there, Sedra, the property manager, was very welcoming and she was helpful throughout the stay. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped (our family loves cooking) and the bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. The pool and beach access were our main reason for booking, and they did not disappoint. All in all, our stay was a pleasant and memorable one, and we will definitely be booking again.

It is hard to put into words how amazing our experience was at Sattva Land. The hosts are absolutely amazing! They were very kind, attentive and responsive. In addition to the hosts we truly enjoyed the amazing staff around the property and made a lot of new friends. The restaurant on site serves some amazing vegetarian dishes, you should definitely check it out if you are there. If you get an opportunity to stay here do not pass it up, it will not disappoint. It is the attention to detail that makes this property a true gem from the beautiful sounds of the wildlife around the property to the amazing landscaping. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Ok say there’s so much to be said about this trip. There were some miscommunications. Lots on my end. I didn’t pay attention and didn’t read all the things. I work so much and just assumed things were like what I’m use to. Traveling in Belize opened my eyes to so much. It is 3rd world but a beautiful place. I’m sad that they experience some entitled narrow sighted people but tourism is what is developing their country. Be kind, pay attention and learn from what is there. It felt like leaving family and was hard to go home. We had some problems with charges but knowing it went to such good people I’m happy it will make their lives better. Be prepared that it’s not like America but that’s the whole point. I hope more people travel there and help their economy. You will be blown away at the kindness and hospitality. Prices are negotiable but remember what you pay is their survival and a chance for a better lives. The country is a tropical paradise and is my favorite vacation to date.

If you are going to stay in or near Orange Walk and there's a large family, this is the place. Ten of us, all family members, met here. We hardly left the place. The pool, the huge rooms, playing chess, and cooking in the awesome kitchen. This place was awesome. I have been to many AirBnBs around the world and this one is high on my list. You might find the water pressure is low as that is in all or most of Belize. This place is a ten if you have the large family size like I do!

This rental offers an absolutely unique and pleasurable experience. It's like renting a hacienda with a pool in the Garden of Eden. Each morning the hosts brought us a variety of exotic fruits and veggies straight from their plantation. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. Les is an exceptional host! He was very attentive and fulfilled each and every request we had. He stocked up our fridge with food. He organized a monkey river tour at half the price. He provided detailed information about the area, things to do and explore, suggested best restaurants and offered to make reservations. He was “on call” for us 24/7. We couldn’t ask for more. Most afternoons we were out exploring or playing in the pool, which is brand new and gorgeous. P.S. The photos do not do this place justice. Things are bigger and more spread out in person. We are definitely coming back!

Clean and great space. Host was always responsive and friendly. Appreciated recommendations for golf cart rental and snorkeling. Pool area was clean and pool was a refreshing break from the heat. Some noise from nearby bar/restaurant when they had live music, but not bothersome.
