Holiday rentals with a pool in Belize District

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. The location turned out to be a bit farther than I had expected, especially when I was craving some food. I had hoped for easier access to the ocean, but unfortunately, that wasn't quite the case. The view was lovely, from the patio deck, although you could not dip your feet in or just lounge around the ocean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. The bathroom seemed to be a self-cleaning toilet, but it didn't quite meet my standards, and I noticed some cobwebs and hair throughout the house. The dishes weren't clean either, so I had to wash them before I could use them. On a brighter note, my overall stay was enjoyable! Luis, the host, was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. He was such a kind and pleasant person!

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

Kelvin’s place is simply lovely - she is an extraordinarily communicative host who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and connected to all of local amenities. We loved her well appointed and conveniently located place. Close to Secret Beach - highly recommend!

Michelle and Krystal are very kind and welcoming hosts. The AirBnB listing was quite comfortable felt and just like home from day 1. I’m grateful for my great experience in Belize thanks to them!

Blue Hicaco was a dream for my family of four. Mary met us at the door with keys and instructions along with recommendations for food and fun activities for the kids. We adventured all day and then spent evenings cooling off at the pool. We loved our time there and definitely recommend the house. It was a little off the beaten path and that was perfect for us!

The Bohemian is amazing. We rented the entire place with a couple other families. It’s a private and beautiful location. The staff, including Zen who manages the property, is wonderful. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere other than here when we return.

Palapa House is great. The king suite was roomy. It was nice having the kitchen although we never cooked there. The pool is a great amenity. You can't beat the location. It's close to town and to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

This is my second time staying at Hummingbird Island, like tge first I stated it was a great experience, the place was very clean and felt like home. Very spacious, rooms and very nice kitchen, if you have a family it's great because if you want to cook a meal, you are provided with everything you need. this place is close to town, great location, the swimming pool was a great addition, specially if you have kids, my son enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back definitely. And the manager was very nice and friendly, he helped with our languages, and with golf cart rental, you definitely need to rent a golf cart. Thank you Hummingbird Island, we had a great time . we had a really great stay for 3 nights with our 2 young kids. the location is great, easy to walk to anything you need. Stuart helped arrange a golf cart taxi to and from the water taxi, and Danny greeted us and was really helpful. there was a pack and play for us, the unit was really clean, comfortable, and in great working order. great spot if you're traveling with kids and want an extra bedroom and space to lounge and eat in.

Great location, central, walk out to the beach. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub but it all looked well maintained and the site shows well. Unit was well equipped, quality furnishings, clean, spacious. Professionally managed, staff were easy to work with, very helpful. Note that property is difficult to get to, you have to go down an alley from the main road then turn left down another. If you don’t know where the place is, it’d be difficult to find, so make sure you get directions. Location prevents a car from taking you and your luggage directly to the site, but they’ll help with a golf cart. Construction on site but they are very transparent about that and we didn’t find it disruptive. We’d stay again.

We had an incredible week staying at this beautiful second-floor condo in San Pedro. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning — we spent many mornings and evenings just soaking in the scenery from the balcony. The location was ideal: close enough to everything we needed, but still tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. One of the highlights of our stay was booking a 90-minute massage right on the property — such a relaxing treat! Pista & Eva was extremely responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. The dock on the property made it super convenient to hop on boats for excursions, and Eva was knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations and bookings for local adventures. This place made our Belize experience even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located and thoughtfully hosted getaway!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! The condo was incredibly spacious, spotless, and perfectly suited for our family of six. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals and then some! It truly felt like a home away from home with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. The views from the patio overlooking the ocean were absolutely stunning. My husband spent most of his time fishing right off the deck and even caught a barracuda and a nurse shark definitely a highlight of our trip! Zeke was amazing super responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident exploring the area. He even connected us with Captain Carlos, who took us on an unforgettable full day of snorkeling, fishing, and a beach BBQ. We felt completely spoiled during our stay and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!
