Condo holiday rentals in Belize District

This is our 3rd time staying here and we will come back again and again! It's a great central location, very spacious and comfortable room, directly across from our dive shop, and very clean. The hosts are fantastic! There's 6 units they rent out in this beachfront property. we usually rent 3 and bring our adult kids for an amazing family fun vacation!

The place was perfect for us,heart of San Pedro, close to the airport. Kaitlynn, who is the go-to person, for all needs, is welcoming and kind. I did not necessarily need to contact Sunrise, but know she was available too. Kaitlynn helped set up our golf cart and was very accommodating for all questions and needs. The place was what we needed for our adventures on Ambergris. We will be back!

We loved our stay. It was in southern San Pedro so away from the craziness & noisiness of downtown. The unit was very clean, good quality kitchen amenities, the bed was very comfortable, and we felt safe & secure. There is a pool to enjoy, parking if you rent a golf cart, and short walking distance to supermarkets. Yunior, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. We dived with Belize Pro Dive, which was a 5 minute walk away, and a great dive company!!!!

Emanuel was great with accommodating our needs and was readily available. Location is great. Our fishing guide picked us up right from the dock behind the property and there were plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Beautiful location. Stunning view. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Coral Bay Guest Guide was very helpful. Recommend renting a golf cart. We loved The Beach Bar, Patz’s Deli, The Purple Pelican, Toast, and the Palapa Bar for food and drinks. We loved Secret Beach - Pirates made the best drinks. We loved sailing on the Sirena Azul and snorkeling at Hol Chan Reserve and Shark Ray Alley.

Tres Cocos was great. I would love to return. I highly recommend it.

My stay at the Palapa House was wonderful. Staff (Clara) took great care of my room and the location can't be beat. Beautiful ocean views and close to many great restaurants, fruit stands and convenience stores. Highly recommend staying here.

Zack's place was fantastic. Great location, just north of town and within walking distance of everything you'd need. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations. The pool is a perfect spot to relax and get some sun. When the drinking water ran low, he quickly arranged for another 5 gallons to be delivered the next morning. I highly recommend!

we had a really great stay for 3 nights with our 2 young kids. the location is great, easy to walk to anything you need. Stuart helped arrange a golf cart taxi to and from the water taxi, and Danny greeted us and was really helpful. there was a pack and play for us, the unit was really clean, comfortable, and in great working order. great spot if you're traveling with kids and want an extra bedroom and space to lounge and eat in.

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Few broken things/things out of order that were very minor, but compared the overall stay they didn’t matter, this place is a must see and it could be more expensive but hope has it at a reasonable price

Expectations were exceeded. This location cannot be beat. we will definitely be booking again. The rooftop hot tub was gorgeous/relaxing and so was the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway.

Love Vacasa. Gineli Torres was awesome. I want to do more rentals with Vacasa in the future. Everything was perfect. Nice and clean 👌 thx 😊

Great place, clean, and the HOA was very responsive and helpful. Would happily recommend.

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

Everything was amazing a 10/10 ! I would definitely recommend! She helped make sure everything was in place from when I step foot on Belize until our last day ! Made it so easy for a first timer

The people who checked us in/out and the groundskeeper were all so helpful, kind, and responsive. The space was great for two couples. Short golf cart ride to town or nice walks on the beach to restaurants close by. Nice pool and grounds kept meticulous. Recommend!

Lots of space for our family of 5. Great pool. We like the location being between secret beach and the San Pedro town. Love the air conditioning. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient, we had to buy detergent at the store but not a big deal. For first time in San Pedro I would definitely recommend. Staff are so helpful and the absolute best!

The condo worked perfectly for our family of four. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The office staff was extremely helpful even before we arrived with emails answering my questions and helping us set up taxi ride from airport. And when the golf cart we thought we reserved fell through they were quick to find us another. They also quickly replaced the coffee maker in our condo when it broke. The grounds are small but beautiful. The beach is the typical hard packed sand and the sand fleas were brutal!! The restaurant was handy to have right by the pool. The meals were fast and delicious. The staff were super friendly! The unit had everything we could want! We cooked several meals and found everything we needed. The “new” grocery store was close enough to easily walk to. We even bought fresh lobster from a local guy right at our dock who was selling to other residents. The first bedroom had a king bed and a large bathroom. The second bedroom had a queen bed and a small bathroom. There was only one hair dryer in the main bathroom. A second one would be very helpful.

We loved our stay at Twisted Palms. The staff were super friendly and helped set us up with a golf cart and flights back to the mainland at the end of our stay. The apartment was cleaned to a T and had regular servicing to keep everything spotless. The bed was so comfortable, and since the place is across the bridge, out of the hustle-and-bustle of downtown San Pedro, we enjoyed quiet evenings. However, it was only a 10-minute ride into town, and 25 minutes to Secret Beach, so it was easy to get around to key sites. Some pro tips to staying here: If you like to fish, my husband was catching bonefish on flies just up the beach from Twisted Palms, and some other folks were catching snappers and dinner fish off a dock next door. You get a discount for snorkel/dive/fishing trips with Elite Adventures, docked in front of Twisted Palms, as they're owned by the same folks – and the team and trips there are GREAT. And, hit up Rice and Beans Deli, Truck Stop, and 303 for good, nearby food.
