Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The experience was satisfactory... she was always attentive during the stay. Additionally, the property is quite nice, the common areas such as the gym, jacuzzi and the high level pool. In the area you will find all the services, it is also very easy to move around by subway. Highly recommended.

Nicolás was quite friendly and responded quickly to our questions and queries. The accommodation is very nice, ideal for 2 couples, and for a barbecue with a pleasant atmosphere. The area is quite safe, very quiet, with super close access to a supermarket and transport station. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely return to the same place.

The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, the most outstanding thing is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
