The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the town centre, where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
