Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is ideal for traveling medical/business professionals, or families visiting the area. It is not suitable for ATV trail riders because we have no parking space available for trailers/ UTV’s, or SxS’s. We are 0.6 miles from Mingo County Courthouse and Williamson Health and Wellness Center, 1.3 miles to Tug Valley ARH Medical Center, 30 minutes drive to Pikeville Medical Center.

The Wild Horse Trail Lodge is conveniently located on the Tug Fork River. We are 7 miles from Matewan WV, Devils Anse Hatfield & McCoy trail heads. Directly across the street, you’ll find access to the KY Outlaw trails, home to many wild horse herds and miles of endless ATV trails.
