Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Vous séjournez aux portes du perche (saint Cosme en vairais) dans un ancien fournil à pain. Endroit calme et paisible à 4km du village. Le logement dispose d'une chambre avec 2 lits de 1 personnes et 1 lit de 2 personnes,un espace à vivre avec canapé/lit 2 personnes,une salle de bain ,un terrain et un abri de jardin ( avec mobilier extérieur). Un poêle ainsi que du bois sont à votre disposition pour profiter de vos soirées. Possibilité que le terrain soit fermé en le précisant à l'avance 😁

Justine et Richard vous accueillent dans ce logement idéalement situé dans le parc naturel régional du Perche pour les amoureux de balade, de nature, de forêt... Vous disposerez de la partie supérieure du gîte avec tout le confort nécessaire. Il se situe sur notre propriété (10 ha) à côté de notre maison. Vous recevrez sûrement l'accueil de notre chien Scout ou des autres animaux de la famille. Vous serez entre 10 et 20 kms des petites cités de caractères (Bellême, la Perrière, Mortagne).

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
