Great place and location for a group base to explore the Hunter valley. Relaxing and easy to stay. Good amenities and well appointed house.

Gorgeous property with ample room and beds to cater to our group. Hosts were always on hand for any additional questions. Property had a gorgeous fireplace which was just lovely to cosy around in the evening with a glass of wine. Looking forward to staying again!

Our stay at Bella Vista was pure heaven. It’s been 10 days since we left and every day we have reminisced, scrolled through photos and contemplated when we can visit again! My son said today ‘I don’t want to go to school, why can’t we just live at Bella Vista!!’ This place was perfect for a family getaway. It was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adam’s place. Stunning surrounds and close to the wedding venue we were there for. Plenty of space for my husband to finish the wedding cake. Wish we had booked in extra time to explore and keen to stay again to do just that. We were well looked after, with a beautiful basket of treats left. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house was warm and cosy. Highly recommend

Great place, exactly as described. It accommodated our group of 8 who visited the Hunter Valley for a golf trip. Checking in was seamless, the host was responsive and always checking in on us to make sure we were taken care of. Will 100% recommend to any friends and family visiting the Hunter Valley region.

Robert's place is really delightful, perched high on the western hill of Dungog only 10 minutes walk from the main street and with a perfect east/north aspect and view over the valley. Waking to thousands of birds in the dawn chorus with the low sun pouring in and the mist-laden valley below was way better than expected. Being a fellow bird lover i felt right at home, and the slow combustion stove meant the house was as warm as you could want on a cold Winter's night and morning.

Sandy is a great host, made everything very easy for us to use, ping pong table and arcade machine was fun, fire place in the backyard made for a chilled space.

Rhonda' s house was perfect for our extended family stay while we attended a family wedding in the Hunter Valley. very spacious house and plenty of room to spread out or share space together. it was very clean and well appointed. The EV car charger was helpful addition for one of our cars overnight as well. The spa was a nice addition for an evening relaxation after a 9 hour drive.

Beautiful big apartment. Reminded me a bit of an old Queenslander with mod cons. Lots of charm. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Perfect location and great amount of room for 10 people.

The lake cabin is such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, with direct access to a lovely walking trail. Be aware there will be no service getting there so keep an eye out for the sign, and be ready to dodge a LOT of potholes on the roads. We had a lovely stay, Phillippa was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area Thank you!

We loved the Bond House apartment. Despite the unusual access across the park it was well worth it once inside. Eclectic stylishly furnished spacious apartment well located for East Newcastle. A well stocked larder and great laundry space if you need it. Bathrooms very modern with heated towel rails and big fluffy towels! Beds very comfy too

My friends and I had a lovely time at Nikki’s home. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out over the resort. Perfect location to visit wineries in the area!

Matt the host was very hospitable. One minute walk to the gorgeous Deck Cafe (with delicious coffee and food) / farm animal enclosure (with cute little llamas), and wine tasting. So much to see and do in the area by car or e-bike. My new favourite country escape! will be back x

We really enjoyed our weekend at this apartment – it had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The decor was modern and cosy, and the place was super clean. We loved how close it was to the Honeysuckle foreshore and Darby Street – perfect for dinners and a morning coffee run. The rooftop area was a lovely bonus too. The host made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would happily come back next time we're in Newcastle!

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

This was a last minute find for us but it was just amazing. There were 3 ensuites and 1 main bathroom which made the stay for 4 of us couples with kids amazing. The living space was huge with a very comfortable couch, I only wish the TV was a bit bigger. The outdoor areas are well equipped with sufficient seating and spots to relax and enjoy. The house was clean however had a few cobwebs underneath dining chairs and some really big spiders roaming about but other than that it was spotless.

Matt’s place was incredible. We stayed there for 2 nights for a girls weekend getaway. We loved the property so much that we skipped some of our scheduled wine tastings to sit around the cozy fireplace, watch the spectacular sunsets and enjoy the 360 degree views from every angle. This property has everything you could need, including very clearly labeled instructions for how to use the various appliances/speakers/fireplace etc. The kitchen is completely stocked, there’s no shortage of cleaning supplies, firewood, tea, coffee, and everything you need to make your stay a memorable and seamless one. Matt was very responsive, helpful, and a joy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend Among The Vines more highly. If I could give this more than five stars, I would. We really enjoyed our stay! We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for, a nice getaway that made you feel disconnected and relaxed. The property is set up perfectly to bring your dog, with the secure area around the villa that allows them to explore without worry. Zoe the resident dog is also great host and very welcoming, she would come a visit each day to make sure that we were comfortable. She was very friendly and got along well with our dog, she even came along with us for one of our walks and showed us the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return one day, thankyou Kylie for being a great host!

Great peaceful place to stay in beauty surroundings. Nice cozy fireplace watching wildlife outside. Very relaxing.

By far the best air bnb i’ve ever stayed at. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely be back soon!
