This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Kaş is located just 10 minutes by car from the center. It offers you a private space with its private pool and sheltered structure. You can enjoy the pool all day long and have a pleasant time in the barbecue area in the evenings. A warm, calm and truly relaxing holiday awaits you.🌿

Our villa is located in the Sısla area of Kaş. The construction of our villa was completed in September 2022 and it was presented to you, our valued guests. It is 12 km from the center of Kaş. Our villa, which is surrounded by nature and away from the crowd, has a wonderful sea view. It is also 500 meters from the virgin beach, which does not have a business called Üzüm Pier. There are 2 bedrooms and the capacity is limited to 4 people.

Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.
