Holiday rentals with a patio in Belceğiz Mahallesi

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Extremely kind, nice people. They help with the slightest problem right away. The house was very nice and spotless. The location is close to the center. You can stay with peace of mind.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

Ahmet's apartment was very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and Ahmet and his family were very helpful and responsive to messages. He allowed me a late checkout on the last day which was a huge bonus. I would recommend his property

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

We stayed for 5 days as 5 adults and 1 child. When we first entered the house, it was very clear that the floors were just wiped, everything was very clean and hygienic. A home had everything to use. Being located in a very central location made our sightseeing work easier. Thank you for the nice hosting of Mr. Tufan.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

It was an extraordinary stay for us. It was nice to be in a quiet site, new and clean. We felt as comfortable as our own home. We are not looking for any other accommodation in Fethiye, we are very satisfied. We thank Mr. Fatih.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

We were thinking of a holiday with a 2-night birthday concept, where we could relieve the stress of the year. As a result of long research, we chose the villa that Ms. Semin put into service. Our first decision and reason for choosing was that she responded to messages very quickly and established a naive and sincere communication. She gave us a lot of confidence and provided as much support as she could at check-in and check-out. He provided us with the most appropriate support at check-in and check-out and in everything that came to our mind. We did not have any problems with cleaning, tidiness and needs. If I had to choose again, I would come without hesitation. I even saved the location of the villa on my maps. The main reason for all of this is the modest sincerity of the host. Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

Baris's house is special, an old, very nicely renovated house with an annex and swimming pool. It is tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the furniture made of old wood by a carpenter. Everything is very well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located in a small place, is very quiet and you have your privacy. There are good opportunities for shopping and dining on site. From there, diverse excursions to the surrounding area are possible. By car, you can quickly get to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. We enjoyed our stay and thank Baris for his hospitality.

We stayed 9 days in the accommodation and were very, very satisfied. We were received in a very friendly manner and Hayrettin Bey was always available in case there were any issues. The villa is very clean. It would be advisable to come by car or to rent one. The city is only 15 minutes away by car. If you want a relaxing stay, it is ideal.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in. What made this so special was the excellent host, the accommodation was perfect with every need catered for. Highly recommended. We hope to return, what a lovely area and what an amazing country with such kind and friendly people!

Uğur Bey greeted us at the entrance. The apartment is extremely clean, the location on the block is nice, the pool is very clean, the size is sufficient. It was busy as it was early June. Mr. Uğur is on fire to help with anything. We thank him very much. We had a lovely 5 days as a family. As of the location of the house, I can say that it is equal to both the dead and the city center. It's easy to get anywhere you want with your vehicle. When we come back to Fethiye, it will be one of the places we prefer.

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
