In the heart of the Brenne, at the gates of the Epineau equestrian center and close to the Rosiers golf course, we offer 1 cottage for 4 to 6 people, including 2 bedrooms with individual shower room and an isolated living room with sofa bed. Illuminated by large bay windows, you will have a cottage with an area of 35 m2 with an equipped kitchen. A covered terrace of 19 m2 offers a splendid view of nature (small lake nearby, meadow with horses and ponies).

Nestled in the historic district of the city, a stone's throw from the Château de Naillac, the accommodation is the result of a legit renovation of the buildings of France in order to preserve the historic architecture of the Middle Ages, while bringing modern comforts. The exceptional view of the river reinforces the uniqueness of the dwelling that was chosen by the King of France Jean II called Le Bon in 1356 to stay there due to its strategic location.

You will also have 2 spacious bedrooms + a room with an extra bed. In less than 5 min walk from the house, you will be on the banks of the Anglin River. Walking trails are also nearby. Located south of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, 1 hour from Futuroscope.

La maison Carré - romantic house on river, 2p

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Guests can enjoy the garden with its relaxation area, the Anglin River and the lake located 2 minutes' walk from the house for pleasant swims, paddle boarding, canoeing or even fishing!

Our house is located in the center west of France. A completely renovated house. 1000 m2 lot ideal for children. 1 hour from Chateauroux, Poitiers and La Roche-Posay. Free parking and possibilities to park 2 cars inside and several outside. Very good for pets. In the heart of the Brenne, hunting, fishing, hiking, walking and cycling. Beautiful visit to the heights of the Blanc.
