5 minutes from the A6 highway, my house can accommodate 4 people in its 56 m². In the heart of a very quiet village in a pleasant setting, it has a private courtyard where it is possible to have lunch on sunny days. It has the charm of an old house with all modern comforts. "Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A cocoon in a tranquil setting in the middle of a plot of more than 3000 m2 where our hens roam freely. Located in Pontigny in the Yonne, 400 meters from the magnificent Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes by the day for very nice rides in the countryside, forest and vineyards of Chablis. On-site access to dorsal reflexology or sonotherapy (Tibetan bowl).

The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).
